Joel Moya es un experto en A&R especializado en música latina, con más de 10 años de experiencia construyendo y manteniendo relaciones estratégicas para desarrollar nuevos talentos y contribuir al crecimiento de la industria. 

A lo largo de su carrera, ha cultivado una profunda devoción por descubrir nueva música, lo que le ha permitido colaborar con los mejores artistas, estimulando su creatividad y creando oportunidades para su éxito. 

Joel ha desempeñado roles destacados como curador en programas de Apple Music y Spotify, siendo además co-creador de la plataforma "Nuevo Noise". Esta iniciativa busca impulsar nuevos talentos de los Estados Unidos, Latinoamérica y España. 

Como conferencista, ha participado en diversos festivales en América Latina y Europa, entre ellos Hermoso Ruido, Isle of Light Pro, Monkey Week, BIME, LAMC, BOMM, Circulart, entre otros. 

Actualmente, ocupa el cargo de Director de Relaciones con Artistas y Sellos Discograficos en el medio digital alternativo, Remezcla. Paralelamente, trabaja en proyectos independientes con el objetivo de impulsar nuevos talentos en el Caribe y diferentes países de Latinoamérica.
